Abstract : The issue of education remains a major concern for the political, administrative and educationalcommunity because it contributes to the sustainable development of any society. In this in respect, the differentStates do everything possible for the education and training of their children. The study carried out on theprevision of social support in the training and social integration process of former auditors from Women’sTraining and Education Institutions (WTEI) is part of this framework. The objective of this study is to show thecontribution of social support in the process of training and social integration of the former listeners. Theresearch took place in three WTEIs in the district of Abidjan; namely the WTEI of Port-Bouet, Solic 3 ofYopougon and Adiapodoume of Songon. This sample breaks downs into two directors, five mistresses, andeight former listeners. Globally, the sample size consists of fifteen people chosen according to the purposivesampling technique for teachers and directors and the snowball sampling technique for listeners for datacollection. The results analyzed qualitatively made it possible to reveal that former listeners do not benefit fromsocial support during and after their training in the context of their social integration. If the study showed theimportance of family, community and mentors in training, it is also important to have a synergy of action forsuccessful social integration of former listeners in Côte d’Ivoire.
