The Influence of The Big Five Personality and Organizational Culture on The Performance of Civil Servants of The West Kutai Regency Agriculture Office

ABSTRACT : This study aims to prove the influence of the big five personality and organizational culture onthe performance of civil servants of the West Kutai Regency Agriculture Office. This study involved civilservants of West Kutai Regency, totalling 82 employees. This research is descriptive research with aquantitative approach with the type of explanatory research. Data analysis was used to test the hypothesis in thisstudy using SEM-PLS. The results showed that big five personality has a significant positive effect onorganizational culture. Big Five personality has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance.Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on performance. Big five personality throughorganizational culture indirectly has a significant positive effect on performance.
