ABSTRACT :This research aims to develop some previous research in a more Islamic context. Theproblems in this study will focus more on the relationship between Islamic emotional Intelligence andOrganizational Support can affect employee organizational commitment and discuss howWorkLife Balance acts as a variable that mediates the relationship between Islamic emotional intelligence,Organizational Support and organizational commitment studied in female educators/teachers of AbuHurairah Mataram Islamic Boarding School. With a quantitative research approach, the research samplerespondents were 96 teachers at the Abu Hurairah Mataram Islamic Boarding School. The data analysistechnique used in this research is Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the helpof the SmartPLS 4.0 program. The results of this study indicate that Islamic Emotional Intelligence has apositive and significant effect on Organizational commitment, Islamic emotional Intelligence has asignificant positive effect on Work life Balance, Organizational Support has a significant positive effect onOrganizational Commitment, Organizational Support hasno significant effect on Work Life Balance,Work life balance has a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment, Islamic emotionalintelligence has no significant effect onOrganizational Commitment through Work life balance andOrganizationl Support has no significant effect on Organizational Commitment through Work LifeBalance. The results of this study show that there are differences and similarities with the results of the researchthat is the reference thathas been described in this study.
