ABSTRACT: Employee performance is the work that can be achieved by employees based on their capabilities.In order for employees to be able to improve their performance, companies need to pay attention to factors thataffect employee performance, namely work motivation and job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was todetermine the role of job satisfaction mediating the effect of work motivation on the performance of Logo HouseBali employees. This study used a sample of 38 employees, with the technique of saturated sample method. Theanalysis technique used in this study is path analysis and sobel test. Data collection through interviews andquestionnaires. The results found that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employeeperformance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has apositive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction mediates work motivation on employeeperformance. The implication of this research is the existence of high work motivation will increase jobsatisfaction so that it can improve employee performance.
