ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study describes (1) multicultural values which develop the intracurricularand extracurricular activities, (2) the method of internalizing multicultural values in SMA I Randangan. Thisresearch uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with a case study design. There are 9 informants in this studyconsisting of school principals, vice-principal, teachers, and TU (Administration Division) employees. Datacollection techniques used are in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies. Dataanalysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusion and verification. The resultsshowed that: (1) Multicultural values developed included: (a) values of mutual respect, (b) values of democracy,(c) values of tolerance, (d) values of harmony, and (e) values of fairness and equality. In the management ofeducation that internalizes multicultural values is carried out by several methods, namely internalizationthrough: (i) school vision and mission, (ii) subjects, (iii) extracurricular activities, (iv) structuring classroomlayouts and assignments, and (v) religious and national holidays celebration.
