ABSTRACT : The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership onorganizational commitment with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at theTugu Hotel in Bali. The sample used was 74 employees. The analysis technique used is the path analysistechnique. The results in this study are 1) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect onorganizational commitment, 2) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on jobsatisfaction, 3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, 4) jobsatisfaction can mediate the influence of transformational leadership towards organizational commitment.
