THE EFFECT OF AGE DIFFERENCES, WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION LEVELS ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF USING ACCOUNTING INFORMATION SYSTEMS

ABSTRACT: This study aims to determine the effect of differences in age, work experience and level ofeducation on the effectiveness of using accounting information systems. This research was conducted at BPR inBadung Regency. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique. The number ofrespondents used in this study was 96 employees. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires andinterviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. Theresults of this study indicate that age has a negative effect on the effectiveness of the use of accountinginformation systems, while work experience and education levels have a positive effect on the effectiveness ofthe use of accounting information systems.
