Effects of Personal Engineering Capabilities, Effectiveness of System Information Accounting, Physical Comfort and Work Environment on Employee Performance

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the influence of personal engineeringabilities, effectiveness of accounting information systems, physical comfort and work environment on employeeperformance. This research was conducted at LPD in Denpasar City. The sample in this study amounted to 105respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of his researchare the ability of personal techniques to have a positive effect on employee performance, the effectiveness ofSIA has a positive effect on employee performance, physical comfort has a positive effect on employeeperformance and the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance.
