THE EFFECT OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ACCREDITATION POLICY BY A TRAINING AGENCYON THE PUBLIC SERVICE QUALITY IN THE TRAINING AGENCY OF GORONTALO

ABSTRACT: This research aims to analyze and investigate the effect of the implementation of accreditationpolicy by atraining agency on the public service quality in the Training Agency of Gorontalo. This research wasquantitive and used the explanatory survey method. Data collection techniques were questionnaire andinterview. Data were analyzed using PLs (Partial Least Square) through SmartPLS3.1. The population includedall employees of the Training Agency of Gorontalo, which was 57 in numbers. The research findings indicatethat the accreditation policy implemented by the Training Agency of Gorontalo did not have direct effects onpublic service quality.
