L’ÉTHIQUE POSTHUMANISTE CHEZ JEAN-MICHEL BESNIER

ABSTRACT : This article aims, first of all, to establish the extent of the risks involved in the vogue of postmodernist utopias, in their temptation and their attempt to manufacture a “post-human”, as a super-human; it aims, then, to test the offer of an ethics that would be adapted to this posthumanity, as envisaged in particular by Michel Besnier; finally, it intends to articulate the requirement for a strong involvement of politics, in front of this besnierian offer of a posthumanist ethic, ultimately because of the social inequalities that it potentiates and, above all, of its possibly anti-democratic character .
