ABSTRACT: This study aims to determine the simultaneous effect of work motivation, organizationalcitizenship behavior and organizational culture on the performance of police personnel and also to examine thepartial effect of work motivation on performance, organizational citizenship behavior on performance andorganizational culture on performance. The object of this research is the Kolaka Resort Police. This study uses aquantitative approach where the population of this study amounted to 183 people. Determination of the samplewith the Slovin formula so that the sample of this study amounted to 126 personnel. Samples were drawn usingsimple random sampling technique. The research data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed usingmultiple linear regression. The results of the analysis of this study conclude that simultaneously workmotivation, organizational citizenship behavior and organizational culture have a significant effect onperformance. Partial test results found that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance.Organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on performance.
