EFFECTIVENESS OF E-RKAP SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION WITH HUMAN, ORGANIZING, TECHNOLOGY (HOT) FIT MODELAPPROACH

ABSTRACT: This study aims to test and prove the influence of human, organizing and technology on the effectiveness of the E-RKAP system. The hypotheses of this study are System Use affects the Effectiveness of the E-RKAP System, User Satisfaction affects the Effectiveness of the E-RKAP System, Structural affects the Effectiveness of the E-RKAP System, Environment affects the Effectiveness of the E-RKAPSystem, System Quality affects the Effectiveness of the E-RKAP System, Information Quality affects the Effectiveness of the ERKAP System, Service Quality affects the Effectiveness of the E-RKAP System. The population of this study were company employees. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling which obtained a sample of 90 people. This study shows that system use, use satisfaction, structure, environment, information quality and service quality have no influence on the effectiveness of the E-RKAP system. System quality has an influence on the effectiveness of the E-RKAP system.
