ANALYSIS OF IMPACT FACTORS ON FISHERMEN INCOME IN THE LOVINA BEACH, BULELENG DISTRICT

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect fishermen income. This researchwas conducted in the Lovina Beach Area, Buleleng Regency. The number of samples taken in this studyamounted to 138 fishermen, using probability sampling techniques and simple random sampling methods. Theanalysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results it was foundthat working hours, capital and work experience had a significant effect on the income of capture fishermen inLovina Beach, Buleleng Regency. This shows that the higher working hours used for fishing, the greater thecapital used, and the longer work experience owned by fishermen, the higher the income earned by thesefishermen.
