CONTRIBUTION DES SMS A LA RETENTION DES DONNEURS DE SANG DU CENTRE DE TRANSFUSION SANGUINE DE TREICHVILLE (ABIDJAN)

ABSTRACT : Blood donation, whichis a voluntaryactivity, requiresregular communication foritsattractiveness. Variousmeans and techniques of communication such as SMS are welcome; an approachtestedby the NBTSCI. Thus, thisstudyaims to analyze the perception of blooddonors on the SMS disseminated by theNBTSCI. This studymobilized the theory of the effects of Lasswell and Kaplan, took place at the BTS inTreichville with the participation of 200 regulardonorswhohadalreadyreceived an SMS from the NBTSCI. Usinga questionnaire, the data collected and processed by Epidata for data entry and EpidatAnalysis software showthe importance of SMS in telephonefunctions and three social functions of SMS in blooddonors, namelychecklist, retention and reduction of the social distance between NBTSCI and blooddonors.
