ABSTRACT:China’s e-commerce enterprises have developed rapidly, among which Tmall has become one of the largest retail shopping websites in China.But in the past year, the Covid-19 epidemic has brought a huge impact to Chinese e-commerce enterprises, and Tmall is no exception.Therefore, the development status of Tmall in the new crown epidemic situation was analyzed, and the viewpoint was put forward :Tmall1 stabilized the situation in the face of the epidemic situation and made a very correct countermeasures.The influence of this epidemic on Tmall was deeply analyzed, and the conclusion was made: the new crown epidemic is both a challenge and an opportunity forTmall.
