Effect of Accounting Information System Effectiveness, User Technique Ability and Utilization of Information Technology on Employee Performance of BPD Bali Branch Office, South Bali Region

ABSTRACT: The banking challenge during the Covid-19 pandemic tends to focus on servicesusingtechnologythat has been provided to cover all customerneeds. In addition, in terms of improvingemployeeperformance, it can beaffected by the use of an information technology in the form of an accounting informationsystem in the banking system itself. This studyaims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of accountinginformation systems, the technicalability of SIA users and the use of information technology on employeeperformance. This researchwasconducted at the BPD Bali branch office in the southern Bali region. The numberof samplestakenwas 134 employeeswith a purposive sampling technique. Data collection wascarried out bydistributing questionnaires. Data wereanalyzedusing multiple linearregressionanalysis. The resultsshowedthatthe effectiveness of the accounting information system, the technicalability of SIA users and the use ofinformation technologyhad a positive effect on employee performance at the BPD Bali branch office in thesouthern Bali region.
