ABSTRACT:This researchwasconducted to examine the effect of compensation, work discipline, andmotivation on employeeproductivity. The location of thisresearchwasconducted at the Mercure HotelLegianBali. The analysis technique used in thisstudyis multiple linearregression. The results of thisstudy are (1)compensation has a positive and significanteffect on employeeproductivity (2) work discipline has a positive andsignificanteffect on employeeproductivity (3) motivation has a positive and significanteffect onemployeeproductivity.
