ABSTRACT : Curriculum change is a crucial aspect of educational development, and its successful implementation requires consideration of teachers’ perspectives. This study focuses on teachers’ perceptions of curriculum change and the implementation of “Matatag Kurikulum” It aims to determine teachers’ views on implementing “Matatag Kurikulum” based on their readiness and the learning environment. Additionally, it explores whether teachers’ perspectives on implementing a “Matatag Kurikulum” differ significantly based on years of service and gender. This study gathered data from thirty respondents using the Curriculum Changes Perceptions Scale, divided into two sub-dimensions: Resistance to Implementation of Curriculum Changes (RICC) and Effect of Curriculum Changes on Teaching-Learning Environment (ECCTLE). The results show that teachers’ attitudes toward implementing the new curriculum are barely satisfactory. Teachers are unsure about their readiness to implement the stable curriculum and its impact on the learning environment. Furthermore, gender and years of service have no significant effect on teachers’ perspectives. The researchers drew conclusions and recommendations to further improve the study based on the results.
