The Effect of Good Corporate Governance and Environmental Performance on the Value of Manufacturing Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019

ABSTRACT: This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of good corporate governance andenvironmental performance on company value. The objects in this study are company value which is influencedby managerial ownership, independent board of commissioners, board of directors, independent auditcommittee, and environmental performance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange(IDX) in 2015-2019. This study uses secondary data, namely from the annual reports of manufacturingcompanies on the IDX 2015-2019. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample size of90 companies. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study can beconcluded that managerial ownership, independent board of commissioners, board of directors and auditcommittee as well as environmental performance have a positive effect on the value of manufacturingcompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019.
