ABSTRACT : This studyinvestigatesthe influenceofjob satisfaction, Job stress, andorganizationalcommitmentonintentiontoleave. Model verificationisbasedon 77 sample dataprovidedbyemployeesofDiscovery Kartika Plaza Hotel, Kuta Bali. The resultindicatedthatjob satisfaction,jobstressand organizationalcommitment, affectedintentiontoleavesignificantly.Amongthem the effect oforganizationalcommitmentis the strongestoneon intention to leave. The second come up theeffect of jobsatisfaction. Management have to minimize intention to leaveitsemployee by improvingtheir job satisfaction.Low Pay satisfaction needpaypolicy to bereviewed and makeitcomplywith Labour regulation andapplyPerformance BasedPayPolicyconsistently. Researchfindingsalsoindicatedthat job stress is high and theeffect of job stressispositivelyand significant on intention to leave. workhours, high volume activities andinsufficientworkhoursrecommendmanagementtoextendworkcapacitybyemployingdayworker inpeakseasonwheredemandofserviceishigherthan normal season.
