ABSTRACT : This study aims to analyze influenceSpiritual Leadership, Organizational Culture, withOrganization Citizenship Behaviors (OCB) as a mediating variable, on Employee PerformanceRespondents inthis study were BPR employees in Badung Regency. The number of respondents in this study as many as 206.The sampling technique used is random sampling, which is taking a random sample from a predeterminedpopulation. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of this study indicatethat: 1) Spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2) Spiritualleadership has a positive and significant effect on OCB. 3) Organizational culture has a positive and significanteffect on employee performance. 4) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on OCB. 5) OCBhas a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 6) Spiritual leadership has a positive andsignificant effect on employee performance with OCB as an intervening variable. 7) Organizational culture hasa positive and significant effect on employee performance with OCB as an intervening variable.
