ABSTRACT : This research is conducted at PT. Komodo Escape Prawara. The purpose of this study is toexamine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on employeeperformance. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 64 employees. Data were analyzed usingpath analysis techniques. The results show that Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effecton employee performance, Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction,Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, and Job Satisfaction is able tomediates the influence between Transformational Leadership on Employee performance
