ABSTRACT : Thedevelopmentoftechnologyandinformationtodayrequireseverycompanytorenewitselfsothatitisabletocompete inanincreasinglytightbusiness. Optimizing human resources, whichistheheartofthecompany’sdrivingforce,isoneoftheeffortsthecompanymakestoimproveitsquality.Thisoptimizationiscarriedoutwhilemaintainingthejobsatisfactionfeltbyemployees. This studyaimstoexplaintheeffectoffinancialcompensation,transformationalleadershipstyleandworkmotivationonjobsatisfactionat PT. BPR Sukawati Pancakanti.Employeesof PT. BPR Sukawati Pancakanti as many as 150peopleandthedeterminationofthesampleusingsimplerandom sampling, thenumberiscalculatedusingtheSlovinformula andobtained a total sampleof 109 people. Data were collectedbyinterviewmethodandusing aquestionnaire. The data analysisusedismultiple linear regressionanalysis. This studyshowsthatfinancialcompensation, transformationalleadershipstyle, andworkmotivationpartiallyhave apositiveandsignificanteffectonjobsatisfactionofemployeesof PT. BPR Sukawati Pancakanti.Thusitcanbeexplainedthatthehigherthecompensationandworkmotivation,thehigherthejobsatisfactionfeltbyemployees, as well as thebetterthetransformationalleadershipstylethatisapplied,thehigherthejobsatisfactionofemployeesof PT. BPR Sukawati Pancakanti.
