ABSTRACT: The aim of this research is to understand the influence of knowledge management and leadershipon job satisfaction. The research was conducted at one of State-Owned Enterprises who had a bussines in thefield of construction and building on Juni-Agust 2019. The research variables are knowledge management(knowledge acqusition, knowledge codification, knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, knowledge retention),leadership and job satisfaction. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS by tested validity, reliability test andhypoteses test use path coefficients. The results confirm a significant and positive relationships betweenknowledge management and leadership on job satisfaction and it also has a significant and positive relationshipsbetween leadership on job satisfaction..
