ABSTRACT:This study aims to determine the Significance of (1) Motivation to Employee Performance, (2)Incentives to Employee Performance, and (3) Work Environment on Employee Performance. This type ofresearch is causal association research, using a questionnaire as the primary data collection technique. Thepopulation is all civil servants at UPTB-UPPD / SAMSAT Whole Lombok Island, totaling 171 people by takinga sample of 78 employees. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire. Data analysis tools using SEM PLSanalysis. The results showed that (1) Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. (2)Incentives have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. (3) Work Environment has a significanteffect on Employee Performance.
