The Influence of Organizational Climate on Organizational Commitments with Work Stress as a Mediation Variables in Jimbaran Resort

ABSTRACT : The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational climate on organizationalcommitment with work stress as a mediating variable at Keraton Jimbaran Resort. 148 employees used assample using the saturated sampling method. Data collection carried out through interviews and questionnaires.The data analysis technique used are descriptive statistical analysis, path analysis and single test analysis.Theresults of this study found that organizational climate has a significant positive effect on organizationalcommitment, organizational climate has a significant negative effect on job stress, job stress has a significantand negative effect on organizational commitment and organizational climate has an indirect effect onorganizational commitment through the variable job stress.
