The influence of organizational climate, work motivation, and organizational justice on organizational citizenship behaviors employees investment and one-door integrated service, gianyar district

ABSTRACT: Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is behavior that involves voluntary and is not movedby something that is beneficial to employees but is related to the relationship of individuals who perform rolesthat are more than their responsibilities only for the needs of organizations that are in line with expectations. Thepurpose of this study was to determine the effect of the organization, work motivation and assess theorganization of OCB. This research was conducted at the One-Stop Integrated Investment and Services Officeof Gianyar Regency. Data collection is done by collecting questionnaires. The sample determination methodused is Simple Random Sampling with a total of 91 responses. Data analysis techniques in this study usedmultiple linear regression. The results showed that organizational climate, motivation and fairness oforganizational variables were positive and significant towards OCB.
