The Influence of Physical Work Environment and Organizational Culture on Work Motivation and Employee Performance at Ibis Styles Bali Denpasar Hotel

ABSTRACT: This study aims to explain the influence of physical work environment and organizational cultureon work motivation and the effect of physical work environment, organizational culture and work motivation onemployee performance. This study was conducted at the Ibis Styles Bali Denpasar Hotel by using a saturatedsample of 51 employees. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results obtained showed that allhypotheses were accepted. (1) physical work environment has significant positive effect on workmotivation, (2) organizational culture positive and significant effect on work motivation, (3)work motivation hasa positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) physical work environment has a positive andsignificant effect on employee performance, and (5) organizational culture has a positive and significant effecton employee performance.
