ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study was to explain the influence of supportive organizational culture on job satisfaction through work involvement. This research was conducted at CV. Sumber Jaya, Bali, Indonesia. The number of samples used was 44 employees, using a saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out
through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is path regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that supportive organizational culture has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, supportive organizational culture has a significant positive effect on work involvement and work involvement has a significant positive effect on work involvement. From the results of this study, it is expected that the management of CV. Sumber Jaya can increase job satisfaction, supportive organizational learning, and work involvement by making salary adjustments, providing rewards, and carrying out activities that can strengthen relationships between employees.
