ABSTRACT : This study aims to determine and analyze the direct effect of job stress and work-familyconflict on employee job satisfaction, as well as to determine and analyze the role of job stress in the workfamily conflict relationship on job satisfaction at Maspion Bank Bali Branch. This research was conducted onMaspion Bank Bali branch employees who are married and have children. The number of samples in this studywere 30 respondents. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data collection was obtained from theresults of distributing questionnaires directly to Maspion Bank Bali branch employees. Analysis of the data inthis study using descriptive analysis, path analysis or path analysis, sobel test. The results showed that workfamily conflict has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, work-family conflict has a positive andsignificant effect on job stress, job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, job stress actsas a mediator in the work-family conflict relationship with job satisfaction of Maspion Bank Bali branchemployees.
