ABSTRACT:The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating role of person job fit on the
relationship of quality of work life with job satisfaction of The Lovina Hotel employees. This study used a sample of 110 respondents. The sampling technique is Accidental Sampling. Data collection was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to employees of The Lovina Hotel. The data analysis used in this research is Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Person Job Fit has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Perzon Job Fit strengthens the influence of quality of work life on job satisfaction. Based on the research results,
