THE ROLE OFUTILIZING LinkedIn DIGITAL PLATFORMAND RECRUITMENT STRATEGIES ON RECRUITMENT PROCESS EFFICIENCY, MODERATED BY FIRM SIZE VARIABLES

ABSTRACT : With the advent of digital platforms such as LinkedIn, companies have transformed theirapproach to seeking, discovering, and recruiting potential candidates. This digital platform proves to be efficientin supporting HRD performance during the recruitment process. The aim of this study is to analyze the role ofutilizing the LinkedIn digital platform in the efficiency of workforce recruitment processes, the impact ofrecruitment strategies on the efficiency of workforce recruitment processes, the moderation effect of firm sizevariables on the role of using the LinkedIn digital platform in the efficiency of workforce recruitment processes,and the moderation effect of firm size variables on the impact of recruitment strategies on the efficiency ofworkforce recruitment processes. The study results indicate that the use of the LinkedIn digital platformsignificantly influences the efficiency of workforce recruitment processes. Recruitment strategies play asignificant role in the efficiency of workforce recruitment processes. Firm size moderates the role of using theLinkedIn digital platform in the efficiency of workforce recruitment processes, and firm size moderates theimpact of recruitment strategies on the efficiency of workforce recruitment processes.
