ABSTRACT : : Employee productivity becomes important for the company. The purpose of this study is toanalyze the effect of motivation, compensation, and work environment on employee work productivity. Thisresearch is conducted at PT. Tirta Bulan Bali, with 40 respondents. Data collection using interview andquestionnaire methods, and data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. The results show thatmotivation, compensation, and work environment have positive and significant effect on employee workproductivity. These results indicate the better the motivation of the employee’s work productivity will also bebetter. Compensation and work environment also have a positive and significant effect on employee workproductivity.
